	nephew William Hurcombe Baker - William Hurcome had a sister Jane wife of
	Jonathan Baker and he had three half sisters Mary wife of George Lusty 
	(= 1755), Ann wife of Simon Lusty (= 1749) and Sarah wife of Richard Lusty 
	(= 1746)- Jane had son Daniel Baker and grandson William Hurcombe Baker - 
	Mary had children John Lusty, George Lusty, Mary Cox (= James Cox 1789)
	and Hannah Park (= John Park 1792 witness James Cox) - Ann had children Arthur 
	Lusty, Simon Lusty died 1817, William Lusty and Rebecca Davis (= John Davis 
	1801) - Sarah had children Mary Dangerfield (= Samuel Baker and ? Dangerfield), 
	Hester Lusty and John Lusty deceased (born 1746 =Hannah Aldridge 1771 died 1808 
	and had children Hannah Burroughs (= Philip Burroughs 1798 witnesses John Lusty 
	and Philip Little), Sarah Davis (=James Davis 1801 witnesses John Lusty and 
	Philip Little), Mary or Ann Collins (=John Collins junior 1806 winesses John 
	Lusty and John Collins senior), and Jane or John - William had a niece  
	Hannah (daughter of Nathaniel Hurcome) who married Daniel Lusty in 1782 and
	had 14 children four of whome four are mentioned in will namely William Lusty,
	Ann Lusty, Hannah Harrison (married to Samuel Harrison 1814 who was transported)
	and Elizabeth Lusty - William's third wife Ann Westfield survived him and all
	legacies were to be paid after her death.
