1.2.5 process view

The process view is concerned with the main roles performed by individuals in the construction company and the interactions that they have with each other and with the roles in other companies. In this example the diagram is quite similar to that shown for the organisation view. For a larger problem however there would be a larger design gap to be bridged between the organisation and process views so the diagrams would be less alike.
